Mellow, fine and elegant, Alìe is characterised by its delicate rose colour and vibrant peach notes and subtle scents of rose. Enveloping and well rounded on the palate, with citrus notes of pink grapefruit and a tangy undertone that elegantly leads to a whirlwind of flavour sensations. 

The Gavi of this terroir is a wine that makes noble the Cortese grapes; the grapes, in an elegant and delicate way, develope intense varietal fragrances. Straw yellow in colour with green reflections turning golden over the years. The palate is dry, fresh and harmonious, medium-bodied, soft and captivating.

Elegant peppery, black cherry, olive, smoky, meaty, tobacco aromas. Round, suave, fresh palate with juicy acidity. Clean black cherry, meaty, peppery, savoury, tobacco flavours with fine intensity and length. Ready to drink for lamb or fowl.

The color is a purple red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherry is prevalent followed by strawberry and raspberry with floral sensations of rose and classic sugared almond. The palate is soft, warm, vinous, pleasantly balanced. The finish is persistent, with round notes that return to cherry in the aftertaste.

Lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. On the palate, this Vermentino is dry and somewhat oily with flavours of grapefruit and citrus.
