1. Pricing
All online prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, and will be confirmed on the original invoice that accompanies your delivery. Wine & More reserves the right to change prices, vintages, or product availability without prior notice. Product images and wine labels are supplied by third-party vendors and are for illustrative purposes only; they are non-contractual and may differ from the delivered product.
2. Compliance & Stamps
In line with Mauritian law, MRA stamps are affixed to all alcoholic bottles sold by Nature Land Product Ltd.
3. Ownership & Title
Until full payment has been made, all goods remain the property of Nature Land Product Ltd (Wine & More). Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
4. Orders & Stock Availability
Our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm your order, delivery schedule, and payment method. Stock is subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after we receive payment, we will:
- Propose a substitute product of similar value and quality, or
- Refund the unavailable item, or
- Retain the amount as credit in your account for future use.
Nature Land reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in case of pricing errors or supply issues.
5. Delivery
Free delivery applies for orders over Rs 3,000 island‐wide.
For orders below Rs 3,000 or for express delivery, a fee of Rs 300 applies.
Delivery is scheduled within three (3) working days from payment confirmation.

6. Communication & Marketing
