The grapes are hand-picked, then gently pressed and fermented at 25° to 26°C. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with skin contact for 20-25 days. The wine is then aged in mid-toasted French oak for three years: 70% in 20 to 50 hectolitre casks; 30% in barriques.

This vintage has extraordinary elegance, complexity and character. Silky and intense bouquet. Full body, great structure, right tannins, incredible aging potential, precise and classic Nebbiolo style. The wine has sweet and very elegant tannins.

A spicy and full-bodied wine that is loaded with dried red fruit from the appassimento of the grapes. Intense ruby ​​color with aromas of blackberry and plum, with flavors of chocolate and spicy notes from the oak aging. Tasty, smooth, silky and powerful.

The color is a purple red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherry is prevalent followed by strawberry and raspberry with floral sensations of rose and classic sugared almond. The palate is soft, warm, vinous, pleasantly balanced. The finish is persistent, with round notes that return to cherry in the aftertaste.

Greets the eye with a deeep purplish red. The nose is remarkably rich and multi-faceted, with aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried plum and spicy impressions of black pepper, vanilla, cocoa powder and espresso bean. Clean, vibrant acidity and silky well integrated tannins.

It's a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and it was aged for 1 year in French barriques. Decant for 1 hour. Pair this wine with prime rib.

This pattern followed through into summer, which helped lower daytime temperatures, reduce heat stress in the plants, and maintain plentiful water reserves.
