Colour is dark ruby with good reflection light. The nose begins with Cherry, black berry, spices, balsamic, leather and touch of green pepper notes. It is intense but balance on the palates, rounded edge, full, nice structure, fine texture medium bodied and not too dry wine. Its well balance acidic with velvety tannins with present of red fruits lingering with herb notes. Suggest paring with lamb, pork, serrano ham, stew, garlic prawns, tapas, soft cheese and pasta.
