The Pratto is a wine characterized by a body mind and a varied bouquet. It is a challenge that the winery wanted to take, going from conventional schemes unchanged while keeping to the respect for the territory. A late harvest where we wanted to combine Turbinia Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

The Cà dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC is presented in a sunny straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its bouquetis expressive, multi-faceted, complex, powerful, intense, concentrated, fruity, summery-fresh, fragrant, delicate, finely drawn, clean and elegant. Deep straw yellow. Scents of apricot, pear, apple, peach, citrus fruits, and green almonds are followed by subtle notes of sage minerals. Bright acidity carried ripe fruit flavors across the palate. This wine has excellent structure.

The world famous wine critic Hugh Johnson acknowledges Ca' del Bosco to be one of Italy's best sparkling wine producers. The Ca ' del Bosco Franciacorta Brut Cuvee Prestige is further proof. The vine of this pure Sangiovese wine are carefully selected and harvested. In an ideal height, drained soils and directed to the south west, these old vines deliver a wine with a special character. It has a big structure and refinement, elegant, well balanced and intensive flavor.
